Did you know that the medicines for fever and cough are all around us? Learn to make your own healthy drinks that are excellent allies in the fight against a cold. 

Rose hip syrup
Wash a 500 gram rose hip in the water, cut it in half, top with 3 ounces of pure apple juice and leave it overnight. Pour mixture into a pan and place on stove until it boiled. Drain the juice and sweeten it with honey. This delicious drink pour into a glass and keep it refrigerated. Drink one teaspoon of syrup per day. 

Warm lemon juice
This is a very old and very simple recipe that is full of vitamin C and therefore strengthen your immunity. Squeeze two lemons and mix with equal quantity of heated but not boiling water. Sweeten the lemonade with sugar or honey and drink it warm. 

Ginger juice
Peel the piece of ginger and cut it into pieces. Cook it 10 minutes in 5 deciliter of water, drain it and sweeten it with honey. If you like to enrich the flavor and enhance the effect of the tea add a little cinnamon, grated lemon peel and coriander. 

Lime tea
Two teaspoons of dried flowers of lime tree cover with a bucket of boiling water and leave it for ten minutes. Strain the tea, sweeten it and drink it warm. This delicious drink stimulates sweating and reduces fever. 

Healthy mix
Flowers of thyme and chamomile cut into small pieces and cover with five teaspoons of honey. Allow to rest for several hours and a healthy syrup is ready to use. Drink one teaspoon three times during a day.
